Dec 8th Towpath Holiday Party: Since this is our last meeting before the party, it is imperative that you sign up today for 1.) General Party Attendance, 2.) Basket Raffle, and 3.) Stocking Challenge.

HOLIDAY PARTY LUNCHEON - A catered lunch from Joey's Restaurant will be provided, at the mere charge of $3.00/person.  Sign Up Sheet is in back of room.  Please pay your money today, since we will not meet again prior to the party.  (If you are bringing a guest, an additional $3.00 will be charged).  If you are not prepared to pay today, you may mail your luncheon fee to:Nita Whelan.  However, NOVEMBER 24th is the DEADLINE for submitting your LUNCHEON FEE, so don't miss out Nita Whelan,112 Whispering Stream Way Fayetteville

Basket Raffle - Audrey Beebe and Joanne Engle are the point people, if you have any questions.  Please sign up if you (or a group of you) plan to donate a raffle basket.  Knowing how many baskets we are receiving will help determine how many raffle tickets and display tables we will need. 

Stocking Challenge - Dolly Monteleone is the point person, if you have any questions.  Dolly will be setting up quilt racks and is hoping to decorate the front of the room with a huge display of stockings made by our members.  Please sign up if you plan to enter the challenge, so we know how many stockings we need to accommodate.  A prize will be awarded to the Best in Show.   

Today at our monthly board meeting, Helen Sherman and I decided to take on the task of getting the recycle shop going. We will start taking donations at next week's meeting. If there are enough donations we will have the shop open for the March, April and May meetings. 

We are looking forward to having a successful recycle shop with lots of good buys.

            Reminder:  Towpath members are eligible for the QCNYS Educational Scholarship to be drawn at the December 1st membership meeting. If you have filled out the form or if you need a form see Dolly Monteleone. Forms must be turned in to Dolly by Nov. 30th
